Develop and nurture strong B2B relationships with universities, schools, companies, and other organizations
Prepare detailed partnership proposals – often as part of formal bidding processes – tailored to the needs of prospective partners
Negotiate agreement terms and successfully close deals that align with company goals
Conduct market research and gather insights on potential partners and industry trends
Address and overcome objections with confidence, guiding partners toward successful collaboration
Support the prospection and onboarding of new hosts and property listings, ensuring a diverse and high-quality housing offer
Proficient English (C1 level); fluency or native-level ability in other languages such as French, German, Spanish, Polish, etc., is a strong advantage
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A positive, confident, and goal-oriented mindset
Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward
Strong active listening skills to clearly understand partner needs and expectations
Creative problem-solving and idea generation, especially in developing new partnership opportunities
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and communications
