As part of our team, you’ll connect with international students, interns, and young professionals from around the globe – helping them find the perfect place to call home during their journey abroad.
Support the Booking Manager in handling and processing booking requests efficiently
Proactively engage with potential tenants through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and our AI Chat
Develop and manage partnerships aimed at tenant acquisition and improving service satisfaction
Maintain clear, consistent communication with our community of current and prospective tenants – both online and offline – to ensure a high-quality stay experience
Assist tenants with booking inquiries, reservation processes, and stay-related questions via support email, Facebook pages, and community groups
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese are a strong plus
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a natural drive to tackle challenges
Background in Business, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Marketing
Basic knowledge of social media management tools and platforms
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly inform, assist, and guide customers
Creative thinking and initiative, with a talent for generating fresh ideas to enhance the customer experience
