We just improved the “My Payment” section so our hosts can have a better vision of the payments collected and transferred to your registered account.
What information can you find there?
Due Payments (collected by our platform but not transferred to the host yet) and Paid by SRF (collected by our platform and transferred to the host).
How is it organized and displayed?
The ‘Due Payments’ order is from the nearest upcoming transfer
The ‘Paid by SRF’order is from the latest payment batch confirmed.
The payment rows are grouped by batches and marked in different colours (blue/white). Check Rents and Payments.
Which payment details can be found there?
The transaction total amount, including PayPal fees;
- For your reference, you can find your internal ID room,
- The payment batch pricing breakdown,
- Further details, like payment date, tenant name
Remember to keep in mind
Control the Hyper Wallet verification on your host account once requested, so you avoid having payments blocked for this matter. Furthermore, at the moment your payments are transferred to your account, our system sends an email with the summary of the payment. The email subject is as follows ‘Student Room Flat – Deposit and first-month rent payment’.
