Customer & Booking Assistant
As a customer success assistant, you’ll be supporting the Customer Success Manager to ensure the satisfaction of our tenants and attract new bookings!
-Assist the Booking Manager in different tasks related to booking requests processing
-Tenants prospection through our social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram
-Establish partnerships for tenants acquisition and service satisfaction
-Assure active communication with our community of tenants and prospect tenants, online and offline guaranteeing they are having a high-quality stay
-Assist tenants on booking request, process, and stay related questions through the support e-mail and Facebook page and groups
-Proficient (C1) English level and other language (Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, French, Italian, German or others)
-Business studies, hospitality and tourism management, hotel and catering, management studies, marketing.
– Basic Social Media management basic knowledge and proficiency
-Very dynamic and motivated Sales profile who likes challenges to convert leads into deals.
-Strong communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals listening skills,to understand exactly what customers require
-Confidence, patience, politeness and tact
-Ability to work under pressure and to solve problems
-Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards
-Attention to detail and accuracy
This is an unpaid internship, however we:
