You’ll be interacting with international students, interns, and young professionals from all over the world, and assist them in finding the best accommodation for their adventure abroad!
-Assist the Booking Manager in different tasks related to booking requests processing
– Tenants’ prospection through our social media channels such as Facebook and also Manychat.
-Establish partnerships for tenants acquisition and service satisfaction
-Assure active communication with our community of tenants and prospective tenants, online and offline guaranteeing they are having a high-quality stay
-Assist tenants with the booking request, process, and stay-related questions through the support e-mail and Facebook page and groups
– Fluency in English and other languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus
– The attitude of a born problem-solver and challenge-taker
– Business studies, hospitality and tourism management, hotel management studies or marketing.
-Basic knowledge and proficiency in Social Media management
-Strong communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly
-Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service
This is an unpaid internship, however, we:
